I love living at Station R. Have been here over a year, and have no plans to leave. I wish I could give the "Maintenance" ... category a 6 STAR REVEIW, because Isaiah Anderson continues to go above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I post a maintenance issue, he responds incredibly quickly and always with a smile on his face. He has a great attitude and should be appreciated by all. Just today, when I complained about a dog barking issue, he called as soon as he saw the notice to discuss further with me. No place I've ever lived had such good customer service. We have lived here for almost a year and we have been through two previous property management teams. This team has been ... great since they have arrived a few months ago. Chante and her team Josh, Brel, and Alena have gone way past expectations. They make sure we are getting what we pay for. I feel like we live in a high rise with all the amenities and extracurricular activities they plan. Their follow up is excellent, and they keep their word on upgrades and any improvements they’re doing. The maintenance response has improved since they have been here. Since our move DeBrail Erskine has been so nice and helpful with all our needs was always available to answer any questions ... my experience with everyone in the office has been good everyone was really nice. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I have lived here since October 2016. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff are friendly and ... helpful. The leasing team helped me during my stay in the hospital by providing an extension for me to pay my lease when I got back on my feet financially. They’ve done wonders to take over with the transition of leasing companies, to ensure everyone’s accounts were maintained with previous promises made by former staff. I was recently in a position of possibly being homeless upon moving out, but the current manager so graciously allowed me to transfer to a studio apartment. She bent over backwards to ensure I’d receive a move-in incentive and everything. I am beyond speechless at the generosity and help I have received. I absolutely recommend moving here for the safety, and amazing location. I feel like I’m apart of a community here, and have observed how rare this is. I will not be moving any time soon.
